Portrait of a Drug Runner

Larry in Waiting Room

In a room filled with parents and children waiting to see a doctor in
Windsor, Ontario, Larry Nieset and his son Chip stand out from the crowd at
the Roseland after-hours medical clinic. Larry has to take 17 prescriptions
to stay alive. He has resorted to going to Canada to get his prescriptions
filled to save money. The first step in the process is to get the
prescription rewritten by a Canadian doctor.
